These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to tdsnap.com (“TDSnap,” “the Site”) operated as an independent NFL statistics and analytics publication. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
About the service
TDSnap provides programmatic access to NFL information: schedules and results, division standings and playoff brackets, team and player profiles, injury reports, trade summaries, defense-vs-position rankings, fantasy scoring views, matchup recaps, and a growing library of proprietary metrics built from large-scale box score and play data. Content is refreshed on a regular cadence as new games complete and upstream sources update.
We combine information from multiple feeds and apply our own models—schedule-adjusted defensive ratings, usage depth charts, strength-of-schedule calculations, trend indicators, red-zone usage splits, and comparative benchmarking across thousands of player-game rows. While we strive for accuracy, sports data can be revised after official stat corrections; numbers on the Site are provided for informational purposes.
Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use the Site for personal, non-commercial research and fandom unless we grant written permission for another purpose. You agree not to:
- Scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the Site in a way that impairs performance or circumvents rate limits
- Reverse engineer proprietary ranking or scoring logic except where permitted by law
- Misrepresent affiliation with the NFL, its teams, or TDSnap
- Upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with Site security
- Use automated means to republish our derived metrics as a competing commercial database without permission
Intellectual property
The TDSnap name, visual design, editorial structure, proprietary calculations, chart configurations, and original written content are owned by TDSnap or its licensors. NFL team names, logos, and related marks belong to their respective owners; team logos displayed on the Site are used descriptively to identify clubs in statistical context. You may share links to our pages and quote brief excerpts with attribution; you may not copy entire tables or dashboards for commercial redistribution without consent.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TDSnap is not a sportsbook, financial advisor, or gambling service. Nothing on the Site constitutes betting advice or a guarantee of future performance.
TDSnap is not affiliated with the National Football League. References to teams, players, and events are for identification and statistical discussion only.
Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TDSnap AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

The Site may link to external highlight videos, reference materials, or partner pages. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or policies. Statistical inputs originate from various providers; we do not warrant upstream timeliness in real time during live games.
Changes and availability
We may modify features, metrics, or entire sections (for example, adding new showcase charts or retiring preview pages) at any time. We may suspend access for maintenance, abuse response, or legal compliance. Continued use after Terms change constitutes acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply.
